Ian's 1st Easter was so much fun! Not only was it fun, it was WHITE! Yes, that is right folks, we had our 2nd White Easter since living in Colorado! The 1st white Easter was Claire's 1st Easter. Kind of sweet :) We started the weekend off by heading up to Denver to spend the day on Saturday with Neil's grandparents. They took us to see "Born To Be Wild" at the IMAX theater at the Denver Museum. Everyone really enjoyed it! We then we out to lunch and back to their house to let the kids play in their awesome basement! Sunday, Owen and Claire got up before we did and went downstairs to hunt for the eggs that the Easter Bunny hid the night before! They both came running up with their toys and eggs to show mom and dad :) Ian slept until 8 am so after he woke up, we went downstairs had breakfast and then headed to church! After naps, we went to our friends' house (Meghan and Jeff) and had a DELICIOUS Easter dinner! (I am STILL full!!) The kids hunted for MORE eggs filled with MORE sugar :) Ian was, as always, such a well-behaved, happy and laid back kid all weekend! Happy 1st Easter Ian, we love you!
